“Solutions Over Stress” is a mantra, and summarizes Dana’s approach to life. This mantra suggests we have the power to choose the extent to which we allow circumstances to affect us. Dana specializes in identity development and self-rediscovery through self-esteem building, reclaiming power over anxiety and fear, personal boundary setting, and rebuilding after trauma. Dana enjoys working with, and learning about culturally diverse populations and is passionate about bringing clients, clinicians, and coaches of color into the field of health and wellness.
Dana works with couples, individuals, families, facilitates groups, and is one of the first members to join Open Path Collective. Open Path Collective is a network of helpers who agree to see clients at reduced rates to provide access to high quality, affordable interventions.
