Due to COVID-19, we have needed to pivot recently to online supervision. This has actually been a relatively simple transition and we conduct supervision over a social media platform. We are still conducting both individual and group supervision.
Consulting sessions are available both in person and virtually, allowing leaders to engage in this work regardless of schedule or location. The transition to virtual consultation has proven effective and accessible while maintaining depth, presence, and meaningful engagement. This flexibility allows leaders to remain consistent in their growth work while balancing professional responsibilities and personal commitments.
