My name is Rachel Sherriff, LPC-Associate. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that true growth and healing come from the relationship we build together.

I am a therapist that deeply values warmth, curiosity, and collaboration in every session. My approach draws from depth-oriented and trauma-informed practices, with a focus on helping people understand the patterns shaped by their earliest relationships while building new ways of relating in the present. I work with adults, couples, and teens navigating life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, addiction, and the lingering effects of trauma. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or a stronger sense of self, I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen and supported.
