EMDR Intensives are an extended, immersive approach to trauma therapy designed for. people who want meaningful progress in a shorter period of time. Instead of spreading the work out over many weeks, an intensive allows clients to focus deeply and intentionally on their goals over the course of a few hours, giving their nervous systems the time and space they need to truly process.
